科尔沁沙地环境对小叶杨和杂交杨生理状况的影响

The Physiological State of Two Variety Poplar Trees in Horqin Sandy Land

摘要: 采用AP4气孔计和PV曲线研究了小叶杨和杂交杨气孔导度和水分状况在不同季节的变化特征,结果表明:①在干旱的5、6月份,小叶杨的气孔导度(5月:320.6μmol·m-2·s-1,6月:283.0μmol·m-2·s-1)远远高于杂交杨(5月:46.5μmol·m-2·s-1,6月12.6μmol·m-2·s-1);在湿润的7月又低于杂交杨(小叶杨456.7μmol·m-2·s-1,杂交杨604.5μmol·m-2·s-1);在生长近结束的8月底二者气孔导度相近(小叶杨421.6μmol·m-2·s-1,杂交杨328.8μmol·m-2·s-1);②小叶杨和杂交杨嫩叶在干旱的5月渗透调节能力、抗旱能力相差不多,以后各月杂交杨则强于小叶杨;随着植物枝叶木质化程度的提高,二者渗透调节能力和抗旱性均呈上升趋势。

Abstract: The seasonal change characters of stomatal conduction and state of water in two variety poplar trees were studied by Ap4 parometer and Pressure Volume technique. The results show: ① Stomatal conduction of Populus simonii was much higher than Populus spp. in dry May and June, they were 320.6 μmol·m-2·s-1, 283.0 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 46.5 μmol·m-2·s-1, 12.6 μmol·m-2·s-1 respectively. The state of affairs reversed in humid July, the data were 456.7 μmol·m-2·s-1 for P. simonii and 604.5 μmol·m-2·s-1 for Populus spp.. In the end of growth season (end of August), the values of stomatal conduction of two variety poplar trees ware almost the same. ② The osmoregulational ability and drought resistant ability of tender leaves of two trees have little difference. Then the ability of Populus spp. was a little higher than P. simonii with growing and there was a significant differance in June. The abilities of osmoregulational and drought resistance of two poplar trees were tending to increase with leaves and twigs getting older.
