不同密度和不同水分状况下春小麦光合初探

Elementary Study on Net Photosynthetic Rate of Spring Wheat under Different Densities and Soil Water Status

摘要: 利用CIRAS 1PP系统光合仪测定了不同密度和不同水分处理下的转基因春小麦新品系3号和耐盐8号的净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾(E),气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(CO2.in),结果表明:①水分亏缺可以突出密度效应;②不同品种对密度效应的响应不同,新品系3号比耐盐8号的密度效应更加明显一些;③高密度下单叶片净光合速率值的降低将是最终造成单株生物量改变的主要原因。

Abstract: The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration (E), stomatal conductivity (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (CO2.in) were measured in transgene spring wheat under different densities and soil water status by photosynthetic instrument of CIRAS1 PP system. The results demonstrated: ① Water stress could strengthen density effect; ②Density effect was different between transgene cultivars; ③The key reason of plant biomass decrease in high density was that the net photosynthetic rate dropped in spring wheat.
