石羊河流域水资源利用现状及生态环境效应

摘要: 石羊河流域由于特殊的自然地理条件,加之人类活动的影响,上游祁连山水源涵养林植被覆盖率降低,水源涵养功能下降,地表水资源短缺,供需矛盾十分突出。过度超采地下水,致使流域生态环境严重恶化,威胁到流域内经济社会的持续发展和人类的生存。通过调查石羊河流域水资源开发利用现状,分析水资源转化利用过程中的生态环境效应,就流域水资源问题及如何改善生态环境作了简要的论述,以期为石羊河流域水资源优化配置,拯救石羊河流域的生态寻求可能的途径。

Abstract: The vegetation coverage of water conservation forest in Qilian Mountains is decreasing due to the special physical geography and influence of human activities in Shiyanghe river basin. Because the function of forest conserving water and the shortage of surface water resources, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources becomes more and more noticeably. Groundwater overdraft has resulted in the environmental deterioration seriously, and it threatened the subsistence and society sustainable development of human being in Shiyanghe river basin. After investigating the present situation of water resources use and its the eco-environmental effects, the authors gave a brief discussion on the problem of water resources and eco-environmental improvement, expecting to seek a possible approach for water resources optimal distribution and solving ecological crisis in the Shiyanghe river basin.
