青海南部地区40多年来气候变化的特征分析

Characteristics of Climate Change in the South of Qinghai in Past More Than 40 Years

摘要: 利用1961-2003年气温、降水、积雪等气象观测资料,分析了青海南部地区年际、年代际及各季气候变化的特征和规律。结果表明:该地区秋季气温升高最为明显,这有别于我国华北、东北、西北东部和新疆等地区冬季增温最为显著的特点;降水量冬、春季呈增加的趋势,而夏、秋季呈减少趋势;地表积雪量冬、春季的平均增加量分别为15.1cm和3.8cm,而夏、秋季的平均递减量分别为0.3cm和0.2cm。气候变暖和冬、春季降水增多以及冬、春季平均积雪量的跨季节异常或持续维持是导致青海南部地区20世纪80~90年代雪灾增多的最直接原因之一。冬、春季降水和地表积雪的增加,使得雪灾发生的频次增加,危害程度加重;而夏、秋季降水和积雪减少、气温升高、地表蒸发加大、水资源量减少,干旱出现的几率增大,影响畜牧业生产,制约当地经济发展。

Abstract: The annual, interannual and interdecadal variations of the climate in the south of Qinghai province have been analyzed by using the data of temperature, precipitation and perpetual snow during 1961-2003. The analyzed results are as follows: In this area, temperature increased the most remarkably in autumn, and this is different from that temperature increased the most remarkably in winter in other areas of northern China such as North China, Northeast China, and the east of Northwest China and Xinjiang area. Precipitation in winter and spring presented a trend of increase, but in summer and autumn it presented a trend of decrease. Perpetual snow on the ground increased by 15.1 cm and 3.8 cm in wintertime and springtime respectively, but it decreased by 0.3 cm and 0.2 cm in summer and autumn respectively. Therefore, on the one hand, climate warming, the increase of precipitation and perpetual snow in winter and spring was a direct reason that resulted in the increase of snow disaster during the period of 1980s and 1990s. And they caused more harm to agriculture and herd. On the other hand, the decrease of precipitation and perpetual snow in summer and autumn, temperature increasing, evaporation enhancing accelerated aridification and lack of water resources. They restrained the economic development of this area.
