科尔沁沙地土壤动物研究初探

Preliminary Study on Soil Animals in Horqin Sandy Land

摘要: 就科尔沁沙地土壤动物群落组成、分离方法的改进作了探讨。土壤动物(不包括原生动物)分属4门、6纲、13目。中小型土壤动物中线虫类为优势类群;大型土壤动物中鞘翅类、半翅类为优势群。不同生境土壤动物群落结构、密度和分布存在明显差异。固定沙地密度最高,半固定沙地明显降低,流动沙地无土壤动物分布。生物量的多少随沙漠化及流动程度而降低,固定沙地较高,半固定沙地较低。

Abstract: In this paper the community of soil animals and improved separating method of soil animal were studied. The soil animals in Horqin sandy land (except protozoa) belong to four phylumes, six classes, fourteen orders. The Nematod is the dominant group of the meso microfauna. The Coleptera and Hemiptera are dominant groups in the macrofauna. There are obvious differences in the community, density and distribution of soil animals in different habitats. The density and community numbers of soil animal in fixed dune are higher than that in semi fixed dune. No soil animal has been found in sand shifting dune. The biomass is descending in accordance with the step of desertification. The biomass of macrofauna in fixed dune is higher than that in semi fixed dune.
