梭梭幼苗干物质积累和叶绿素荧光对NaCl胁迫的响应

Response of Dry Matter Accumulation and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Haloxylon ammodendron Seedlings to NaCl Stress

摘要: 以生长在荒漠地区的典型植物梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)幼苗为实验材料,研究了它在不同浓度NaCl处理后30 d和50 d时的叶绿素荧光参数、地上/地下干物质重量及叶片数量变化特征。结果表明,在NaCl处理后30 d时,随着NaCl浓度的增加,梭梭幼苗地上部分干重、地下部分干重、总干重及叶片数量显著减少; 在NaCl处理后50 d时,梭梭幼苗地上部分干重、地下部分干重、总干重及叶片数量较处理后30 d时显著增加,且高浓度NaCl处理的增加幅度更大,但以上参数变化在不同NaCl浓度处理间差异不显著。叶绿素荧光参数的变化则相反,在NaCl处理后50 d时较30 d时显著降低。在遭受到盐分胁迫后梭梭幼苗干物质量随着时间的延长增加,而叶绿素荧光参数在NaCl处理后50 d时较30 d时显著降低,其光合机构可能遭到破坏,光合能力降低。遭受NaCl胁迫时,梭梭幼苗光合能力降低,但其干物质仍在积累,这可能是梭梭适应盐渍生境的一种方法。

Abstract: In this paper, the response of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and dry matter weight of H. ammodendron, a typical species distributed in arid desert of northwestern China, to NaCl stress was investigated. In 30 days after NaCl stress, the dry matter weight of stems, leaves and roots, and the leaf number all decreased along with increase of salt concentration; in 50 days after NaCl stress, the dry matter weight and the leaf number showed no decrease trend along with increase of salt concentration, and the dry matter weight and the leaf number were larger in comparison with that of 30 days NaCl stress. The response of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was opposite to the response of the dry matter weight and the leaf number. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of H. ammodendron decreased significantly with time under NaCl stress because the photosynthetic apparatus might be destructed and photosynthetic capacity decreased. Under NaCl stress, H. ammodendron seedlings can maintain the accumulation off dry matter though the photosynthetic capacity reduces, it might be its mechanism adapting to saline habitat.
