锰对干旱胁迫下大豆根瘤固氮的促进效应

The Promoting Effects of Manganese on Nitrogen Fixation by Soybean under Drought

摘要: 以大豆品种‘黑农38号’为试验材料,利用盆栽方法研究了根部施加硫酸锰后,在持续土壤干旱下大豆叶片中酰脲含量、根瘤固氮酶活性和叶片尿囊酸酰胺水解酶活性的变化。结果表明,土壤干旱胁迫下,大豆叶片酰脲含量增加,根瘤的固氮酶活性降低。大豆根部施加MnSO4后提高了干旱胁迫下叶片中的尿囊酸酰胺水解酶活性,叶片酰脲含量降低,根瘤的固氮酶活性相应提高,说明施用硫酸锰促进了叶片酰脲的降解,减缓了干旱胁迫下酰脲对根瘤的固氮酶活性的反馈抑制,提高了干旱条件下的固氮效率,或使其活性保持更长时间。

Abstract:

Taking soybean variety Heinong No.38' (Glycine max (L.) Merrill cv. Heinong No.38) grown in pots as the test material,this paper studied the changes of ureide (allantoin and allantic acid) contents in leaves,acetylene reduction activity of soybean root nodule and activity of allantoate amidohydrolase during day-to-day soil drought after adding MnSO4 to soybean root in pots. The result showed that leaf ureide content increased and the nitrogenase activity of soybean root nodule decreased by feedback inhibition under drought. MnSO4 added to soybean root in pots increased allantoate amidohydrolase in leaves,decreased leaf ureide content during drought,and enhanced N2 fixation. It was suggested that Manganese applied to soybean could promote leaf ureide breakdown,lessen feedback inhibition of nodule activity,and prolong the tolerance of N2 fixation by soybean to drought.
