荒漠区油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)灌丛冠层中节肢动物群落结构特征

Distribution characteristics of arthropod community structure in Artemisia ordosica shrub canopy in desert area

摘要:

为了揭示荒漠区油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)灌丛冠层中节肢动物群落结构分布特征,以榆阳、盐池和沙坡头为研究区,调查了油蒿灌丛冠层节肢动物群落组成及多样性分布特征,分析了油蒿灌丛冠层节肢动物个体数分布与灌丛枝叶可溶性糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、全N、全P和全K含量的相关关系。结果显示:(1)3个研究区油蒿灌丛冠层节肢动物优势类群均为寄蝇科;榆阳和盐池研究区冠层节肢动物共有优势类群为花蝇科,盐池和沙坡头研究区冠层节肢动物共有优势类群为食蚜蝇科;榆阳研究区冠层节肢动物优势类群还包括姬蜂科,盐池研究区冠层节肢动物优势类群还包括广肩小蜂科,沙坡头研究区冠层节肢动物优势类群还包括蚁科。(2)冠层节肢动物个体数和类群数均表现为榆阳研究区显著高于盐池和沙坡头研究区(P<0.05),而盐池和沙坡头研究区间无显著差异(P>0.05)。Shannon指数和优势度指数均表现为榆阳、盐池和沙坡头研究区间无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)油蒿植物全N含量是冠层节肢动物个体数分布产生差异的主要因素。(4)油蒿灌丛冠层节肢动物群落组成、个体数和类群数分布均受降水分布的影响较大,而多样性指数受到的影响较小。

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to reveal the distribution characteristics of arthropod community structure in the canopy of Artemisia ordosica shrub in desert area, and the composition and diversity distribution characteristics of arthropod community in the canopy of A. ordosica shrub in Yuyang, Yanchi and Shapotou were investigated, and the relationship between the individual number distribution of arthropod and the soluble sugar, crude protein, crude fat, soluble sugar, total N, total P and total K were correlated. The results showed that: (1) The dominant group of arthropod in the canopy of A. ordosica shrub in the three study areas were Tachinidae; the common dominant group of arthropod in Yuyang and Yanchi study areas was anthomyidae, and the common dominant group of arthropod in Yanchi and Shapotou study areas was Syrphidae; in addition, the dominant group of arthropod in Yuyang study area also included Hymenoptera, the dominant groups of arthropods in Yanchi study area also include Braconidae, and the dominant groups of canopy arthropods in Shapotou study area also include Formicidae. (2) The number of individuals and groups of canopy arthropods in Yuyang study area was significantly higher than that in Yanchi and Shapotou study areas (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between Yanchi and Shapotou study areas (P > 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in Shannon index and dominance index among Yuyang, Yanchi and Shapotou study areas (P > 0.05). (3) The results of RDA and partial RDA analysis showed that the total N content of A. ordosica was the main factor for the difference of arthropod population distribution in canopy. (4) The results showed that the composition of arthropod community, the number of individuals and the number of groups in the canopy of A. ordosica shrub were greatly affected by the precipitation distribution, while the diversity index was less affected.
